Jefferson House Memory Care Center

We partnered with Koelsch Construction, Inc. and Kirkland Partners LLC to bring a senior living community to Kirkland, WA that offers 55+ independent living, assisted living and a memory care facility that specializes in dementia patients. 

This was a ground up project and our scope of work included all site work and underground utilities for a 10 acre site, this would include but is not limited to clear and grub the site, installation of storm, water sewer fireline, site grading and excavation, and back fill for a large detention vault, installation of a walking trial behind the building, and installing a Flex MSE retaining wall system. 

Two members in our crew worked with FLEX MSE to become certified installers of their patented vegetated retaining wall and erosion control system. The system uses interlocking plates and Flex MSE Bags, to build a "naturally resilient Geomodular structure".
